We recently had the pleasure of staying at this place and were thoroughly impressed. The location is superb, being right next to the Hakata Railway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us with a lost item and ensuring its safe return. The room was small but cozy, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the WiFi was fast and easy to connect to. our experience at this hotel was top-notch and we highly recommend it to everyone.

Biggest PLUS : LOCATION...!! It is so easy to get to the Hotel from the main JR Hakata Station so everything revolves around that area, including the subways and bus terminal. Walk from the station Chikusu exit is barely a minute and a half away and most of the walking path is sheltered so even if you are without an umbrella on a light rainy day, its fine! Plenty of shopping and dining just within Hakata itself, so its not just the accessibility, its also the all-rounded convenience. Hotel is new so everything from the front desk to the room interior doesn't look tired at all. Room has all the necessary amenities and even includes an air purifier and clothes freshener spray. Each room even has its own dedicated WIFI access and password (instead of a shared network), so the access and download speed is noticeably fast. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would absolutely stay there again if I do visit Fukuoka again.
As with most hotels in Japan, the front desk staff have limited English speaking ability. Hotel has coin-op laundry which is a plus but the dryer machine doesn't dry the clothes very well. I had to pay for the dryer twice and my clothes still weren't completely dry.

Really had very very good stay during my visit. Location really close to bus terminal, Hakata station, food and shopping malls, Next to convenience store, and Hakata train station and bus terminal. Again, 15 minutes walk from a prominent Shinto shrine.

Great location, just a short walk from the main train station and with easy access to public transport. The room was spotlessly clean, including the disposable amenities provided. the breakfast was really good, above average for a hotel in this price range.
The room was really small, even for one person. , the staff were polite but not particularly friendly or welcoming.

Clean and very competitively priced. Just step out the hotel front door you find many restaurants, and shops attached to the train station complex.

Excellent. Very clean and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free wi-fi in room. Located 200 metres from Hakata train station -no noise. Shops and restaurants all around including 24 hour local store. Bus 99 bus stand e (front of Hakata station ....200 Yen) will take you to congress centre, 10 minutes or walk 25 minutes.
Although, room very clean and quiet, bit small but I did request single room.

Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing nearby. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary wifi. Good value for the nightly room rate. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and amenities.

Convenient location near the train station and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful. They went as far as locating me to another room when the internet connection had a problem. No smoking rooms really don't have cigarette smell (while they do in other hotels) The hotel staff respect the customer's rights. Buffet-style breakfast gives more flexible choices. The room was clean, comfortable, and spaceous enough. The later (12:00 pm) check-out time allows for bathing after last minute sightseeing or for extended late morning sleep.
English speaking staff are few.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the convenient location, very near the train station and just a short walk to the bus-stop to the airport, and the proximity to many restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes to choose from, and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Convenience to the Hakata station hub with all the connections to shopping and tourist point access is just great! Peaceful, clean, quite and zen feel...amidst the fun actions out in the center of the city. No regrets with the choice...would like to come back someday.
Breakfast menu can be more balanced with western choices, a bit too Japanese. Wished my room rate would have included Breakfast offer for more value for money choice.
